Freshmen Dance Permission

Date: Friday, March 7

Time: 7:30 – 10:00 p.m.

Location: Seton’s MPR 

This form must be completed, and submitted along with payment by Noon on Tuesday, February 28, in order for students to attend the dance. Tickets are $15 for a Seton Student and $20 if she chooses to bring a male guest. All students must arrive by 8:00 p.m. and are required to stay until the dance is over, which is 10:00 p.m.

Directives for drop off and check-in will be sent to students via email the day before the dance. 

A Seton student may bring a male guest if she chooses.  He must be in high school or not older than 20 years of age.  He must conduct himself within the guidelines of the Seton High School student code of conduct. Please complete the appropriate section below.

**Students must be in school the entire school day on Friday, March 7 in order to attend the dance.  Any exceptions must be pre-approved by Mrs. Rowland.

Permission form and payment are due by NOON on Friday, February 28.
