The Archdiocese of Cincinnati requires all employees (including substitute faculty, coaches, contract employees and volunteers) to attend a Safe Parish training session explaining the Archdiocesan guidelines concerning the protection of our students. This session lasts approximately two hours. Once completed, it is the employee’s responsibility to keep up-to-date on the quarterly Safe Parish video bulletins. Failure to do so may result in an employee being required to re-take the Safe Parish training courses over again. In addition, all employees (including substitute faculty, coaches, and volunteers who have regular, significant contact with students) are required to have completed both the BCI and FBI background screening prior to working with or around children at Seton High School, and evidence of completion provided to Seton High School. Background screens must be re-checked every five years for everyone. If you have any questions about this process, please email Carly Lambert, HR Manager/Safe Environment Coordinator, at lambertc@setoncincinnati.org
