Daily Announcements

Today is a 3-bell day with a 1:46 assembly; tomorrow is a 4-bell; Wednesday is a 3-bell with a 1:46 assembly; Thursday is a 4-bell and Friday is a 7-bell.

Seniors are reminded that mandatory baccalaureate practice is on Wednesday beginning at 1:30.

There are no games or meets today!

Members of the following clubs: Business National Honor Society, French Club, Writing Society, Hiking Club and Stage Crew should report to the second-floor study area immediately after announcements. Mrs. Turis will take your photos for the yearbook.

Hiking club will be having its last outing tomorrow at Bender Mountain. If you wish to attend, refer to the Google classroom. We hope to see lots of you there to wrap up the year!

AP Calculus testing is being held today in the MPR from 8 until noon. Please be mindful of test takers as you pass through the hallways and do not use the MPR to cut through.

Everyone please take a minute to add all your prayer intentions to your prayer jars. MG captains will bring the jars to the chapel tomorrow morning, and we will pray for all the intentions at our final rosary on Friday.

JV and Varsity Softball play Lakota East at Lakota East. Both games are at 5:00

Track participates in the GGCL Prelims at LaSalle beginning at 4:00

Hiking club will be having its last outing after school today at Bender Mountain. If you wish to attend, refer to the Google classroom. We hope to see lots of you there to wrap up the year!”

MG Captains—please bring your prayer jars to the chapel immediately after announcements. They should be emptied into the basket on the altar. Staff—please empty your jars into the basket in the chapel at any time today or tomorrow.

All students enrolled in Advanced Placement United States History next school year are required to attend a meeting in the Library tomorrow (Wednesday 5/14) during the assembly period. The meeting will take approximately 20 minutes.

Seniors and Juniors—last call for bracelet prom favors! If you would like one, you can pick one up from the green bin on the cart outside MR’s office until the end of the day today!

The winners of the choral concert charity event gift cards are Ally Saskowsky and Elizabeth Shulter! Come to MR’s office some time today to pick up your prize! Thanks to everyone who supported our singing Saints!

Attention all members of the NEW Reigning Cup Champs- O’Connell! You are permitted to be Out of Uniform tomorrow and Mrs. Flowers/Mama Flo would like to see you in RED!

Tomorrow’s lunch in the Halo Café will be a grill out! Cost is $4.50 and includes your choice of brat, mett or hotdog along with mac and cheese and baked beans!

All O’Connell students and staff will receive a coupon in MG tomorrow. Your lunch is free for winning this year’s charity cup!!!

You will also receive a coupon for the Blossim Donut truck which will be here on Friday from 7:00 until 8:00 in the Beech lot. Congratulations on winning Spirit Day!

Juniors, Sophomores and Freshmen—please be sure to respond to the survey that Emma sent about new items in the Halo Café! Respond by the end of the day today to be entered into a drawing for some fun summer items!!!
