Seton High School, an all-girls Catholic high school founded by the Sisters of Charity of Cincinnati, seeks an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant is a highly skilled individual who supports our President in managing their daily job responsibilities. This is a full-time, 12 month per year position with shortened hours in the summer. This candidate upholds and models a moral code consistent with the teachings of the Catholic Church, Sisters of Charity, the mission of Seton High School and Catholic education. 

ACCOUNTABILITY:

  • This position reports to and supports the President of Seton High School.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Completion of High School Diploma or GED.
  • Completion of SafeParish background check requirements.
  • Must be a highly organized, detail-oriented individual that can work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have strong interpersonal and writing skills (editing and proofreading) and ensures all communications (written, printed, digital, verbal) are consistent with the teachings of the Catholic Church and mission of Seton High School.
  • Someone who exhibits sound judgment with the ability to prioritize and make decisions.
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
  • Possess the skills to work with and support future saints and families, alumnae, current students, faculty, staff, donors, and others as needed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Streamlines workflows, maintains confidentiality/sensitive information and provides critical follow-up. Supports overall daily productivity and success of the President.
  • Will maintain schedules, work with tight deadlines and switch between tasks seamlessly.
  • Will work in a technology-driven work environment. Familiarity with tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite and databases (specifically Blackbaud) are needed, and communication platforms like Teams and Zoom. Will be asked to handle varied technical tasks (including updating and maintaining constituent records and donation records and running reports/exports in Blackbaud) and must stay updated on new technologies.
  • Work with the President to develop materials for major solicitation including Annual Fund and other major campaigns and assist with donor cultivation, endowment and scholarships.
  • Will be representing the President and Seton High School in all written and verbal communications. Will be prioritizing and responding to emails; answering and returning phone calls; organizing documents; maintaining records; taking notes at meetings and any other administrative tasks that help the President perform their job.

Seton High School, an all-girls Catholic high school founded by the Sisters of Charity of Cincinnati, seeks a Varsity Dance Coach for the 2025-2026 season. This candidate should uphold and model a moral code consistent with the teachings of the Catholic Church, Sisters of Charity, the mission of Seton High School and Catholic education.

Coaching Responsibilities

  • Manages all aspects of the varsity team from tryouts, practices, and competitions.
  • Oversees and guides coaches for JV, Junior High, Youth, Youth Prep and Twinkle programs.
  • Supports and oversees the skills, physical and mental development of all dancers.
  • Works directly with Athletic Director on all aspects of the dance program.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of head coaching experience is preferred but not required.
  • Candidates must be able to complete all required certifications.
  • Have strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
  • Coaches in the program are required to be SafeParish approved and have an FBI/BCI background check.
  • Must hold a valid pupil activity certificate and meet all the additional training requirements set forth by the Archdiocese of Cincinnati and the OHSAA.

The Archdiocese of Cincinnati requires all employees (including substitute faculty, coaches, contract employees and volunteers) to attend a Safe Parish training session explaining the Archdiocesan guidelines concerning the protection of our students. This session lasts approximately two hours. Once completed, it is the employee’s responsibility to keep up-to-date on the quarterly Safe Parish video bulletins. Failure to do so may result in an employee being required to re-take the Safe Parish training courses over again. In addition, all employees (including substitute faculty, coaches, and volunteers who have regular, significant contact with students) are required to have completed both the BCI and FBI background screening prior to working with or around children at Seton High School, and evidence of completion provided to Seton High School. Background screens must be re-checked every five years for everyone.
