Admission Essay
St. Elizabeth Ann Seton is a shining example of how a strong, graceful woman can make an enormous impact on the world. Channel her spirit when answering one of the following essay questions, so we know how you relate to the "StrongHer" mentality at Seton.
Admission Essay is required for all applicants for admission and scholarships.
The completed essay must be received by Monday, November 30.
Submit via email to lykinss@setoncincinnati.org OR drop off to the Main Office.
Essay Format
- One page, double spaced, 1 inch margins, 11 pt Times New Roman font answering only ONE of the two prompt options. Please include your full name at the top of the essay.
- Email essay to lykinss@setoncincinnati.org or drop off in Main Office by 3:00 p.m. on December 7.
Essay Prompt Option #1
- “StrongHer” means recognizing the unique power within you to make a difference. Tell us about a time you demonstrated courage, stood up for what was right, or led others by example. How will you bring this strength to our school community?
Essay Prompt Option #2
- At Seton High School, we thrive because we lift each other up. Describe a female role model, friend, or family member who has empowered you to be your best self. How do you plan to support and inspire your future “sisters” in the classroom and beyond?
