Safe Environment Requirements
All employees, volunteers, coaches, substitute faculty, and contract workers must complete a Safe Parish training session mandated by the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. This session, which lasts approximately two hours, outlines key guidelines for the protection of students.
After completing the initial training, participants must stay current by viewing quarterly Safe Parish video bulletins. Failure to remain up-to-date may require retaking the full training course.
Background Screening
Anyone working directly or regularly with students—including employees, substitute faculty, coaches, and volunteers—must complete both BCI and FBI background checks before beginning work. Proof of clearance must be submitted to Seton High School.

Director of Athletics Administration
Seton High School, an all-girls Catholic high school founded by the Sisters of Charity of Cincinnati, seeks a full-time Director of Athletics Administration who will be responsible for the successful day-to-day operations of the Seton athletic department. The candidate upholds and models a moral code consistent with the teachings of the Catholic church, Sisters of Charity, the mission of Seton High School and Catholic education.
ACCOUNTABILITY:
- The Director of Athletics Administration will be a member of the administrative team and will report directly to the President of Seton High School.
MANAGES:
- The Director of Athletics Administration will manage the Assistant Athletic Director and the Manager of the Seton Sports Complex.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field AND five (5) years of experience in athletic administration including two (2) years of supervisory or lead experience OR any equivalent combination of education and experience. Exercise physiology knowledge a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with administration, faculty, coaches, staff, student-athletes and parents.
- Ability to organize and execute formal meetings.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Must always maintain confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal and writing skills and ensure all communications (written, printed, digital, verbal) are consistent with the teachings of the Catholic Church and mission of Seton High School
- Knowledge of modern office procedures, methods and general office equipment (computer, copier, fax, etc.). High proficiency with applicable computer software programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, scheduling software).
- Ability to adhere to safety policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Must be highly organized and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Must have a team-oriented mentality but also work well independently.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with the Principal of Seton High School to ensure that all sports programs meet standards as specified by the school, the OHSAA, and the GGCL.
- Work with HR Director in the hiring of head coaches and assistants. Final hiring decisions are at the discretion of the President.
- Observe and evaluate all coaches throughout their sports season.
- Train new coaches in policies and procedures.
- Distribute coaches’ clinic information and OHSAA rules interpretations and information.
- Assure compliance with ODE Pupil Activity Permit requirements including CPR, First Aid, SafeParish and Fundamentals of Coaching.
- Establish and oversee scheduling and rosters for all sports programs.
- Ensure officials/referees are confirmed and paid for each game.
- Secure contracts and confirm all sites for scheduled athletic practices/games.
- Will be required to attend all GGCL games and other games as needed.
- Work closely with the Manager of the Seton Sports Complex to ensure student-athletes/teams’ needs are met.
- Conduct pre-season meetings for all student-athletes and their parents to discuss OHSAA rules and regulations and information regarding registration, conditioning and tryouts.
- Work with the Principal and Associate Principal of Student Support Services to address any student-athlete issues to ensure proper behavior and grades are being upheld in the classroom.
- Oversee the Athletic Booster Club and its activities, including managing the Seton golf outing.
- Work with the Assistant Athletic Director for Elder game-day parking.
- Prepare and maintain the athletics budget.
- Oversee, coordinate and approve all athletic department fundraisers in consultation with the President.
- Order and purchase athletic equipment and uniforms for all sports programs.
HOURS:
- Full-time varied hours depending on athletic program needs. Must be comfortable working evenings and weekends as necessary to complete job responsibilities.
- Ensure proper personnel are in the building 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Manager of the Seton Sports Complex
Seton High School, an all-girls Catholic high school founded by the Sisters of Charity of Cincinnati, seeks a full-time Manager for the Seton Sports Complex located in Delhi Township. This person is responsible for overseeing the facility and overall daily operations of the Sports Complex. ACCOUNTABILITY:
- The Manager of the Seton Sports Complex reports to the Director of Athletics Administration.
MANAGES:
- The Manager of the Seton Sports Complex will oversee the Assistant Manager/Strength and Conditioning Coordinator of the Seton Sports Complex.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Event Management or related field AND five (5) years of experience in supervising and administering sports and/or recreational activities and/or facilities including two (2) years of supervisory or lead experience OR any equivalent combination of education and experience. Exercise physiology knowledge a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with administration, faculty, coaches, staff, student-athletes and parents.
- Has demonstrated executive level management experience in facility operations with a strong grasp of effective management practices.
- Knowledge of modern office procedures, methods and general office equipment (computer, copier, fax, etc.). High proficiency with applicable computer software programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, scheduling software).
- Ability to supervise subordinates to include training, providing work direction and monitoring performance.
- Must be highly organized, work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Ability to adhere to safety policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, squat, walk, move heavy items, and lift fifty (50) pounds daily.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise the daily operations of the Seton Sports Complex.
- Will lead the execution of all game-day operations, including stadium setup, fan flow and post-game requirements.
- Will manage staff and develop internal policies to ensure high standards of customer service, cleanliness and safety.
- Coordinate with all vendors/contractors for product ordering, deliveries and equipment needs.
- Work with the Director of Athletics Administration to establish Seton sports schedules and prioritize all practices/games and ticketing.
- Schedule athletic field and related recreational facilities for community leagues; coordinates weather related field maintenance and other schedule changes; resolve scheduling disputes; identify proper usage fees; negotiate and administer field use contracts with external entities; coordinate specific field setup needs.
- Develop and manage budgets for facility operations, including maintenance, staffing, community memberships and event costs.
- Continually evaluate sports complex operations to enhance efficiency, recommend strategies to enhance the visitor experience and create new revenue opportunities.
- Ensure that all operations comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Work with Seton’s maintenance team on inspections and implement the necessary improvements to ensure the complex is ready for use by athletes and the public.

Varsity Dance Coach
Seton High School, an all-girls Catholic high school founded by the Sisters of Charity of Cincinnati, seeks a Varsity Dance Coach for the 2026-2027 season. This candidate should uphold and model a moral code consistent with the teachings of the Catholic Church, Sisters of Charity, the mission of Seton High School and Catholic education.
Coaching Responsibilities
- Manages all aspects of the varsity and JV teams from tryouts, practices, and competitions with support from the Athletic Department and other coaches.
- Assists in guiding the coaches for JV, Junior High, Youth, Youth Prep and Twinkle programs with support from the Athletic Department.
- Supports and oversees the skills, physical and mental development of all dancers.
- Works directly with Athletic Director on all aspects of the dance program.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of head coaching experience is preferred but not required.
- Candidates must be able to complete all required certifications.
- Have strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
- Coaches in the program are required to be SafeParish approved and have an FBI/BCI background check.
- Must hold a valid pupil activity certificate and meet all the additional training requirements set forth by the Archdiocese of Cincinnati and the OHSAA.

2025-2026 Spanish Substitute Teacher World Languages Department
Seton High School, an all-girls Catholic high school founded by the Sisters of Charity, seeks a full-time Maintenance Technician that is responsible for performing a wide variety of maintenance, repair, and preventive tasks to ensure a safe, clean, and well-functioning school environment. This role also addresses service requests in a timely manner and supports the daily operations of Seton High School by maintaining building systems, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components, while also assisting with custodial needs and event set-up and tear-down. The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in maintaining the safety, comfort, and efficiency of the school’s facilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs to doors, windows, flooring, walls, ceilings, and furniture.
- Conduct painting, patching, and minor carpentry projects as needed.
- Maintain exterior grounds, including snow removal, salting, lawn care, and debris removal.
- Assist with event and classroom set-ups, equipment moves, and furniture relocations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Spanish
- Ohio substitute or teaching license
- Proficient knowledge of content area and curriculum
