How will your contribution help?
A portion of SHS Day donations will go towards Seton Helping Saints to continue their mission of philanthropy and giving back to Seton families, alumnae and community members in need. A portion of funds raised will go towards Seton’s operating budget and fundraising efforts towards the NEW $16 million Seton Sports Complex! A $5,000 donation will also be made to this year’s SHS Day nonprofit, BLOC Ministries, a faith-based organization whose mission is to build hope, purpose and vital life skills through personal relationships and activities. Students will also hear impactful speakers from Nehemiah Manufacturing, whose mission is to build brands, create jobs and change lives through economic growth and community development within the inner-city of Cincinnati. Both of these organizations and their missions align well with SHS Day and the importance of service, wellness and sisterhood!
Students can support SHS Day and earn incredible prizes by selling car raffle chances to family, friends, neighbors, coaches, faculty and staff! In addition to out-of-uniform days, gift cards, raffle baskets and so much more, students have friendly competitions between mentor groups and their houses for prizes! If we reach our school goal, we will earn an extra day of Christmas Break on Friday, December 19! In the event we reach our goal and earn the day off, exams will be held Tuesday-Thursday, December 16-18.
