Dear Setonsation sponsors, guests and volunteers,
As you know, due to the unprecedented events taking place in our world in response to the coronavirus, we made the difficult decision to cancel Setonsation. We were very hopeful that we would be able to reschedule this event over the summer months, but this is just not possible.
Given the reality that Setonsation is our largest fundraiser of the year, we hope you prayerfully consider transitioning your reservation or sponsorship fee to a full donation to help us fund the mission of Seton High School. Many of our Seton families are being faced with hardships during this difficult time and this donation will greatly help provide much needed tuition funds. In exchange for this donation, we will provide you with a tax letter, an early-bird Setonsation 2021 reservation opportunity, recognition in our Annual Report and a special drawing for a $500 tuition credit or $500 in cash. Thank you so much for your consideration.
We also understand that these circumstances are very difficult for many, and we can provide a refund of those fees if you choose. Please contact Noelle Schwartz at firstname.lastname@example.org by August 5, 2020 if you would like to initiate that refund. Keep in mind that we have limited access to the building at this time and this process might take a bit longer than usual.
