St. Vincent de Paul Immersion

July 7-10 Summer St. Vincent de Paul Urban Plunge.

This is an amazing opportunity to not only earn 30 community service hours but an experience to immerse you in solidarity with our sisters and brothers in our urban core, the people, customs and way of life.  This experience takes place locally in the West End and Over-the-Rhine.  It is designed to help you see the face of God in the poor, and each other.  For an application please contact Mrs. Lanter

Seton High School has collaborated with St. Vincent de Paul and The Ozanam Center for Service Learning, which seeks to add depth and context to the encounters people have with our neighbors in need through our overnight immersion retreats.

Weekend Immersion - An introduction to issues of poverty in Cincinnati.

4-Day Immersion (Sunday - Wednesday) -  An exploration into poverty in our community and the other issues that impact our neighbors in need.

6-Day Immersion (Sunday - Friday) - A deeper immersion into the struggles our neighbors face and the issues that often perpetuate the cycle of poverty.
